Pregnant pop star Una Healy is glowing in gold as The Saturdays rock the Jingle Bell Ball

She's six months pregnant with her first child, but The Saturdays singer Una Healy isn't ready to change into billowing maternitywear any time soon.

The Irish pop star, 30, still looked as sexy as her bandmates as she performed in a gold mini dress at the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball in London tonight.

Joining Rochelle Wiseman, Mollie King, Frankie Sandford and Vanessa White on the red carpet, she proudly showed off her growing bump in her shimmering number.

She complemented her bandmates, who were all dressed in gold and white creations to get into the Christmas spirit.

Blonde King, 24, showed off her tanned legs in a bottom-skimming white mini-skirt and gold sequinned top, while Sandford, 22, flaunted her toned figure in a white cut-out dress.

The fivesome performed hits from past and present albums, including Higher, Notorious, Ego, My Heart Takes Over, Forever Is Over and All Fired Up.

Ahead of the Jingle Bell Ball, the group travelled 230 miles after performing at the Echo Arena in Liverpool last night as part of their All Fired Up tour.

Despite being pregnant, Healy hasn't let her expectant state slow her down during rehearsals over the past few weeks.

Mollie said last week: 'Una is such a trouper, she hasn’t missed one rehearsal. We can’t hold her down. There’s no sit-down or wheelchair for her. We’re all up there busting a move.'

And Una admitted she's been loving the attention on her bump and doesn't even mind when people touch it.

She said: 'It's quite a loving thing. You feel it's because they know it's quite a special thing going on in there. I know some people get freaked out by it, but I like it.'

While The Saturdays looked festive in their gold and white, their contemporary Jessie J wasn't quite into the Christmas spirit yet when it came to her wardrobe.

The singer, 23, wore a pair of black shorts, T-shirt and floor-length black cardigan as she arrived on the red carpet.

The annual Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball was hosted by Lisa Snowdon, who presents the station's breakfast show.

She recently lost her partner-in-crime Johnny Vaughan, who is being replaced by Dave Berry.

Also performing at the gig were X Factor boy bands JLS and One Direction.

Their sets came as they hit the No.1 spot in the UK singles chart with this year's X Factor finalists with Wishing On A Star.

They seem All Fired Up for their impending tour and judging from rehearsals they will be raising temperatures too.

The Saturdays got one final practice in before packing their bags for the groups first ever arena tour.

Taking inspiration from Father Christmas and his big red suit, the girls have a segment of the show where they dress up in some very sultry outfits.

Appearing on stage in red sequined jackets they give a whole new meaning to the phrase 'naughty and nice.'

The girls have been performing dress rehearsals for their first ever arena tour and have been feeling nervous about the experience.

Rochelle Wiseman said: 'The thought that we are about to take on arenas sends a shiver down my spine.

'It's everything we've ever dreamed of as a band,' she added.

The Saturdays, who have had nine Top 10 singles, have been practising singing new songs on their tour from their as yet unnamed fourth studio album.

Fans can expect a lot of bright colours and brightly coloured costumes as the group whip off their Christmas clothes and change into skimpy outfits.

Mollie King can be seen dancing around wearing a pair of very short blue denim pants with a torn white vest and fishnet stockings.

The blonde singer then changes again into a sparkly silver and black mini dress.

In one routine Frankie Sandford, who has recently returned to the band after suffering from illness, flashes her red bra through a pink halter neck top which she teemed with a pair of black high-waisted shorts.

The ladies also dress up as sexy secretaries and make a grand entrance via a large silver lift.

Kitted out in glasses, high heels, pencil skirts and bright bras they arrive on stage and strike a pose before starting to sing.

Una Healy tweeted about her excitement today and said: 'First night of our #AllFiredUpTour tonight in Bournemouth!! Sooo excited! The butterflies have set in! Get Ready, Get Set! Who's coming?Xxx.'

Rochelle, meanwhile, was feeling exhausted from all the preparation and said on Twitter: 'Just got back to my hotel room after a long day rehearsing on our arena stage eekkk! Its all coming together nicely! I am soooo excited :) x.'

Their 13 date tour will take the girls to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales as well as England and pregnant Una will be taking a special something with her for the ride.

She said: 'Having my pillow from home with me on tour is the closest thing to bringing my own bed on tour!'

The Saturdays Rochelle Wiseman reveals secret health troubles behind her weight gain

'Everyone thinks I tried to lose weight': The Saturdays Rochelle Wiseman reveals secret health troubles behind her weight gain

By Emily Sheridan

Last updated at 1:21 AM on 22nd November 2011

Earlier this year, Rochelle Wiseman hit the headlines with her slimmer figure.

After previously being unfairly subjected to 'fat' taunts online, when she was clearly a healthy size 10, many thought The Saturdays singer had been feeling the pressure to lose weight.

But in actual fact, the 22-year-old admitted her slimmer weight was her actual size and a health problem had led to pile on the pounds last year.

Speaking about her health scare for the first time, Wiseman admitted she had an operation when doctors discovered a cyst on her ovary.

She tells the latest issue of New! magazine: 'I had an operation at the start of last year. I had a cyst on my ovary and it made me put on a lot of weight.

'I went a full dress size bigger - from a size 8 up to a 10, maybe even a 12. Everyone thinks I’ve tried to lose weight, but I genuinely haven’t.'

Last year, the outspoken star took to Twitter to hit back at critics of her figure.

She said: 'I'm really getting annoyed reading that people are calling me fat! I'm a size 10 not 100! I'm human and curvy get over it! It's boring!

'I'm just starting to get sick of it!!! No wonder people get a complex!! I think it's a disgrace!!

'As a band we take pride in being role models to children and other young girls and I think that the best role model is someone who is comfortable in their own skin! And I am.'

Meanwhile, Wiseman reflected on her two month split from JLS singer boyfriend Marvin Humes.

The couple started dating in March 2010, but called time on their romance the following November.

But by January this year, the pair were back together and are now stronger than ever.

She explains: 'We’ve been together two years and I think everyone has a stage when something like that happens. It’s not a big deal.

'We got back together because I think we realised that we didn’t want to let go of what we had.'

The full interview with Wiseman is in the new issue of New! magazine, on sale now.

'You'll be the biggest girl group ever to come out of the UK!': Little Mix break 'the curse' to top tonight's X Factor performances

By Andrea Magrath

With just six competitors left, the competition is getting serious on the X Factor.

So on tonight's episode, the remaining contestants really upped their games, delivering some of the best performances of the season.

Standing out, though, was Little Mix, who appear to have well and truly broken the 'curse of the girl groups' and are emerging as hot favourites to win the competition.

The four-piece, who drew criticism last week for sticking to their 'pop/hip hop' genre, changed things up with a powerful vocal performance of En Vogue's Don't Let Go.

The girls, dressed in matching monochrome outfits, received a standing ovation for the performance, which Gary said was their best yet.

'We're looking at the next great girl band in the UK,' Louis enthused, barely audible over the cheering.

Kelly added: 'Everything I've wanted from you girls for the past few weeks, you just gave me. I think you'll be the biggest girl band to ever come out of the UK.'

Gary asked the girls to 'strip things back' next week to really show that they can rely on simply their vocal talent.

It was an exciting few days for Little Mix in between rehearsals. The group got to meet The Saturdays during their tour rehearsals, who advised them to cherish their friendship and it will show on stage.

Later in the week they were shown attending the Twilight: Breaking Dawn premiere, where Taylor Lautner sent them a shout out over the VT.

Earlier, the host Dermot O'Leary kicked off 'A Night at the Movies' with a comical routine with some scantily-clad backing dancers, immediately setting the phrase, 'Oh Dermot' trending on Twitter.

Both the female judges looked gorgeous as ever, Tulisa in a short black frock while Kelly dazzled in a floor-length Sass & Bide white gown with multi-coloured embellishment.

Craig Colton was first to hit the stage, with the classic 007 tune License to Kill. But while no one could fault his vocals, the song choice was ravaged.

Louis said: 'I don't think it was a great song choice, you're better than that.' Tulisa agreed, saying it was 'predictable.'

'You always deliver vocally,' Kelly said, struggling to find any constructive criticism, only suggesitng he 'bring a little more.'

'This is lazy critique from the judges tonight,' said a furious Gary. 'This is a singing competition not a song choice competition.'

Janet Devlin took on board the judges comments from last week, by going slightly more up-tempo with her rendition of 'Kiss Me' from How to Love a Guy in Ten Days.

The judges and audience adored the romantic performance.

'I am so happy to see you back in your comfort zone,' said Tulisa, advising her to pull an 'epic' song out of the bag for next week.

Gary, who called her 'bordering on boring' last week, told Janet that he loved her performance.

Amelia Lily was up next, dazzling with 'Think' from Bridget Jones' Diary, however Tulisa admitted she didn't know the classic Aretha Franklin song.

Gary said he thought it was performed an octave too high for her range and that she rushed in parts, but all in all the judges loved the performance

After the ad break, Dermot found David Walliams and Lara Stone in the audience. Walliams pleaded for Johnny to be let back in, but said he was also rooting for Little Mix.

Next up was Misha B, who belted out Whitney Houston's Oscar-nominated I Have Nothing from The Bodyguard.

'You blew me away,' Tulisa said. 'That was a beautiful performance.'

It had been an emotional week for Misha, whose birth mother wrote an open letter to her daughter, published in a magazine.

The singer was comforted by an equally emotional Kelly, who told her about her own experiences being contacted by her absent father following fame.

Finally, Marcus closed the show, performing Otis Redding’s (Your Love Has Lifted Me) Higher and Higher from Ghostbusters.

'Marcus, that's what movie week is all about,' said Tulisa. 'Can I just say, Marcus is baaaack!'

She's been waylaid with a mystery illness since September and Frankie Sanford still isn't well enough to appear with the Saturdays full-time.

Yesterday the 22-year-old remained absent from the group's public engagements including appearances on Daybreak and Channel 4's Album Chart Show.

However, she is getting involved with rehearsals for their upcoming tour, which kicks off in just two week's time.

In a statement, the band's press representative told the MailOnline: 'Frankie is still ill and she's taking her time to recover. under doctor's orders she is only permitted to attend tour rehearsals.

'She's easing herself back in to things with the group but will be appearing on the tour which starts at the end of this month.'

Yesterday the rest of the group, Rochelle Wiseman, Una Healy, Mollie King and Vanessa White kept up their pre-tour publicity trail with appearances on both Channel 4 and ITV.

On Sunday Frankie had been up late, using her Twitter page to have a live 'webchat' with her followers, it's presumed she spent the early part of Monday resting up as she was absent from the group's television appearances.

Later that day however they were joined by Frankie at rehearsals in London.

The girls were all immaculately turned out as they left the studios where they have been practicing routines.

Frankie wore a colour-coordinated outfit featuring a pair of red jeans, with black trainers and a black jacket.

Underneath she wore a blue/grey hooded top and she carried a large black bag, covering her neck with a red and black scarf.

Rochelle, 22, wore a pair of PVC trousers, with a sheer burgundy top which exposed her white bra underneath.

She matched the items with a grey coat and a burgundy to match her top.

Mollie King, 24, looked rather quaint in her green shorts, blue coat and matching hat.

She accessorised with a pair of fur-lined boots, a red box bag and a checked scarf.

Pregnant Una Healy looked more like a businesswoman than a pop star in her understated outfit.

The 30-year-old went for a chic blazer jacket, a white top with black hearts printed all over it and a black pencil skirt.

The girls debuted their new dancers and some new songs on the Album Chart Show, Una excitedly tweeted about their new routines.

She wrote: 'Album Chart show with our dancers performing songs from our new album really gets me excited for our upcoming tour! See you guys there!!'

The Saturdays have a new album due on November 21, entitled On Your Radar and their tour supporting the album begins in Bournemouth on December 2, finishing up at Wembley Arena in London on December 16.
