Miranda Kerr has revealed her unusual health and beauty secrets in new interview.

The Victoria's Secret, who gave birth to son, Flynn, six months ago, credits Tahitian Noni Juice, a drink made from the noni plant, and coconut oil for her supermodel glow.

The obscure noni juice derives from the fruit of the Morinda citrifolia tree found in South-east Asia.

She tells Australia's Cosmopolitan magazine: 'I've been drinking it since I was 14, and when I've got a long day ahead of me, it's the one thing I can't live without.'

Manufactures claim the liquid 'supports your immune system, delivers superior antioxidants, increases energy, and allows greater physical performance levels.'

Bottles of the drink are not exactly cheap, retailing at around $38 for a litre of juice.

Kerr also preaches the benefits of coconut oil, which is claimed to benefit everything from skin and hair to weight loss.

She said: 'I personally take four tablespoons of coconut oil per day, either on my salads, in my cooking or in my cups of green tea.

'I will not go a day without coconut oil.'

The health-concious 5' 9" star put the results of her lifestyle on show on Saturday as she left the gym in Los Angeles.

She stopped by a health shop to pick up a freshly squeezed green juice.

Dressed in a pair of black Nike workout leggings and matching sports vest, it was clear to see her active lifestyle and healthy diet have most definitely paid off.
