She's a big screen pin-up full of English charm and delicate beauty.

But Gemma Arterton shook off her dainty image to rock it out on stage at a charity dinner last night.

The actress, 25, donned leather trousers and channeled Mick Jagger for her performance at the HOPING Foundation 'Variety Show', held at Cafe De Paris in Piccadilly, central London.

Gemma matched her rockstar-style bottoms with a black vest top and sparkly scarf, accessorising with a white blazer jacket and black heels.

The former Bond girl certainly appeared to enjoy hitting the stage, grabbing the mic and injecting some verve into her performance of Rolling Stones hit Sympathy For The Devil.

Apparently a 'gifted soprano singer' in her youth, Gemma unleashed her inner rockstar with ease.

In fact, she has been quoted as saying she would love to sing more given the chance.

Earlier this year she spoke to vogue.com at the Isle Of Wight festival and said: 'Sometimes I think I should do more singing than acting. I don't know if I could do it professionally but it's definitely a passion of mine.'

Also on hand to provide some glamour at the event, which was organised by the HOPING Foundation, were supermodels Kate Moss and Eva Herzigova.

Eva, 38, flaunted her ultra-slim figure in a short red dress that showed off her almost neverending, long legs.

At one point it appeared a little too short as she spoke to chat show host Jonathan Ross - who compered the event alongside Alan Carr - the dress riding up to expose her rear.

Meanwhile, Kate Moss, 37, dressed all in black with a matching blazer, skirt and vest top combination.

Always game for a singalong she willingly joined in when Boy George performed a blues version of famous Culture Club song Do You Really Want To Hurt Me.

The eighties star was dressed in his typically style, customary hat placed on his head, with a black suit adorned with sequins forming the shape of red roses on it and a tie featuring the image of a safety pin, again formed by sequins.

Jemima Khan, Meg Matthews, Jeremy Clarkson, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Jarvis Cocker were also on hand to lend their support to the charity.

Pulp singer Jarvis also turned in a rousing performance at the event, with his own unique take on Phyllis Nelson’s Move Closer.

The evening raised £380,000 for the HOPING Foundation, which provides grants to grassroots community associations in Palestine who work with young people in its refugee camps.

The charity's name stands for Hope and Optimism for Palestinians in the Next Generation.

It aims to provide hope and encouragement to young people who've been displaced by troubles in the region and works to transform their lives.
