Tone deaf Chelsee Healey has promised she will not embark on a pop career after her Strictly Come Dancing success.

But the Waterloo Road actress will be wearing an outfit inspired by Crazy In Love star Beyonce for one of her routines in this weekend's final.

All three finalists have to perform a dance chosen by the judges as well as a show dance in Saturday's episode.

She said: 'I reckon the name of the show dance will speak for itself. I really like my song and I've been told I've got a Beyonce outfit so I'm happy about that.'

Healey, who is second favourite behind McFly star Harry Judd to win the BBC ballroom show, admitted she had no plans for life after Strictly apart from going on a long holiday.

Speaking at a press conference in central London ahead of the final, she ruled out joining fellow finalists Judd and Jason Donovan in the charts.
She said: 'I can't sing, I'm tone deaf.'

While Miss Healey is steering clear of the charts, fellow finalist Jason Donovan has his sights set on a comeback.

The former Neighbours star, who had a series of top 10 hits including his duet with Kylie Minogue on Especially For You, has carved out a career in West End musicals.

He said: 'There is definitely talk of doing possibly a record next year but nothing is set in stone, but why not?

'Possibly an old school type of big band, sort of crooner record. I don't know.'

Bookmakers have made the Australian a rank outsider to win this year's series of the BBC ballroom show, which climaxes with a final at Blackpool's Tower Ballroom, despite him scoring full marks with his Latin dance in the semi-finals.

  • The Strictly Come Dancing final airs Saturday night on BBC from 7pm
