They are two of the sexiest women in showbiz and are always game for a laugh when it comes to the dressing up box.

And with the Christmas season firmly upon us, Heidi Klum and Imogen Thomas couldn't resist digging out a seasonal costume to have some fun with.

They certainly gave their fans a treat as they posted pictures of themselves dressed as sexy Santas on their Twitter pages.

Heidi, 38, donned a huge red and white Santa coat and big black belt which set off her long toned and tanned legs nicely.

She teamed the coat - which she wore as a dress - with heels and white furry cuffs around her ankles.

The model got someone to take her picture as she stood in a lift and as she posted it to her Twitter, she wrote: 'Mrs Claus going to work'.

Meanwhile, Imogen, 29, also took to her Twitter page as she got in the saucy Santa groove while cooking an early Christmas dinner.

Dressed in a sexy red and white fur-trimmed strapless dress and thigh-high candy cane stockings, she posed for the camera as she whisked gravy in her cosy kitchen.

As she stood by her oven in her kitchen, Imogen posted the photo to her Twitter page, along with another one and said: 'Xmas time. Lush day.'

This is not the first time that Imogen has tweeted a sexy Christmas picture of herself.

Last month, she gave her followers a sneak peak from a festive photo shoot wearing very little indeed.

The Welsh glamour model brought Christmas forward for her army of fans as she posted the photo which showed her with her back to the camera in front of some presents, precariously squatting in towering high heels.

She wore red knickers with 'Sexy Miss Santa' on the back, which she teamed with red-trimmed black stockings.

Imogen had just finished the shoot with fashion photographer CJ Hadlow, who is also the editor of Trés Chic magazine.

And she took to her Twitter page and wrote: ' 'Just on a shoot with the gorgeous brilliant super fab @cjtreschic christmas is gonna be ultra sexy! May post a pic in a bit ;-) x'

And post one she did, saying: 'Hello my darlings...happy early Xmas ;-.'

Imogen is set for a relaxed and stress-free Christmas at home with her family in Wales especially after a drama-filled year following her involvement in the Ryan Giggs injunction scandal.

Last week, she was spotted celebrating with a trip to Harrods after footballer Ryan Giggs yesterday accepted there was no reason to accuse her of blackmailing him.

In a High Court hearing, a judge hinted that he might lift the injunction which is supposed to ban any reporting of an alleged affair between the two, asking whether there was 'any point in maintaining the anonymity'.

Katy Perry gets some support from the girls at the AMA's as she flies solo on the red carpet

It was a night of achievements for Katy Perry at the American Music Awards.

Not only did the 27-year-old pick up a special award but her three outfit changes stunned audiences yesterday evening.

But instead of being flanked by her husband comedian Russell Brand on the red carpet it was a night of girl-power as the star stuck to some of her more famous friends sides, smiling in the face of rumours her marriage is on the rocks.

The I Kissed A Girl singer was surrounded by pretty pals Selena Gomez, Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift at the AMA's last night.

And after a heartbreaking acoustic rendition of The One That Got Away - during which she removed her wedding ring - Katy was given a special achievement award for being the first female pop singer to have five No. 1 singles off one album.

There was a stellar line-up of stars at the event including, Christina Aguilera, Justin Bieber, David Guetta and Nicki Minaj, and Chris Brown.

But noticeably absent was Katy's husband, who recently announced he was set to do a tour of U.S. colleges.

The Mail on Sunday's Katie Nicholl reported Katy has confided in musician Tore Nissen, the support act on her California Dreams world tour, that her marriage was in trouble.

Although in public Katy has talked about the couple's plans to start a family, she is believed to be privately telling friends her marriage is in trouble.

Tore has been a shoulder to cry on for Katy,’ says a mole.

‘They get along well, so much so that his girlfriend became suspicious and joined him on the tour.’

Russell, 35, was quoted as saying before his tour: 'I don’t know what a sorority is .  .  . except that they are sort of sex clubs for women. I am going to learn first-hand about sororities.’

But last night Katy was all smiles as she wowed audiences with her performance and her outfit changes.

First off was a strapless pale pink Vivienne Westwood dress with a structured corset bodice and an artistic Japanese motif.

Then was a smart corset top with sheer skirt and tights. But while performing Katy wore a space-age pink dress with glitter detail.

And it seems the star had a great time as she tweeted later: 'O' what a night! Thanks for my amazing award AMA'S, nice company to be in with that one! Glad I could play my lil ol' gitter for u tonight.'

It’s one of the biggest events of the year in the music industry and provides the perfect opportunity for famous faces to make an impression on the red carpet.

And tonight there was a fashion face off as attendees of the 2011 American Music Awards put their best style foot forward.

But it appeared that many stars had the same idea as they stepped out in shimmering metallic dresses at the Nokia Theatre this evening.

Selena Gomez ensured she courted attention for all the right reasons in her plunging satin gown by Giorgio Armani, which boasted a tie detail around the dropped waist and a split up to her thigh.

To add to her old school Hollwyood glamour style the singer and actress wore her dark hair in set curls.
She was accompanied by her boyfriend Justin Bieber who had slicked his hair back for the occasion and proved attentive to Selena's every need.

The 19-year-old wasn't the only one who had opted for a shimmering metallic gown and country star Taylor Swift stepped out glittering in gold.

The singer and actress was seen flirting with the photographers and blew them a kiss as she bent over to reveal more of the plunging grecian-inspired neckline of her dress.

Katy Perry was as kooky as ever with her style choice and opted for a chinese-print dress by Vivienne Westwood which showed off her curvy frame.

While there were plenty of famous faces who braved the bad weather to step out onto the red carpet it appeared that many stars were put off by the rain.

Internet stars Sophia Grace Brownlee and Rosie Grace McClelland showed off their dance moves as they walked the red carpet.

The two British girls found fame singing Nicki Minaj's Superbass in a video that went viral.
