She's currently wowing fans with her sexy moves on Strictly Come Dancing with partner Brendan Cole.

And it seems that even when Lulu isn't strutting her stuff on the dance floor, she just can't help busting a move - as she showed at the 56th annual Women Of The Year Lunch today.

The 62-year-old singer grabbed charity campaigner Katie Piper and started dancing with her in front of the waiting cameras at London's Intercontinental Hotel.

After enjoying a pas de deux with Katie, Lulu then posed up with Esther Rantzen, teaching her some of the moves she has picked up during her time on the BBC show.

Lulu donned an all-black outfit brightened with a shiny biker-style jacket as she picked up the Sacla Women of the Year Lifetime Achievement prize at today's awards.

Talking about picking up the award, Lulu said: 'When I attended the Women of the Year Lunch last year I was so moved by the amazing women I met and the inspiring work they do in their communities, nationwide and indeed worldwide.

'To be invited back again as a winner is beyond my wildest expectations and I am both humbled and thrilled.

'What I have learned is that when women roll up their sleeves, there is no end to what we can achieve.'

Meanwhile, Katie, who now runs her own charity to help people living with disfigurement after suffering a violent acid attack back in 2007, looked stunning in a royal blue form-fitting dress as she picked up the Sainsbury's Women of the Year 'You Can' Award.

The 28-year-old former model said: 'This is particularly special coming from so many inspiring women.

'It means a lot to me to have such support and encouragement along my journey, from women I admire.'

Other winners were Egyptian novelist Dr Nawal El Saadawi; a team of six medical professionals who treated injured and wounded military personnel and civilians; and a childminder who devoted her life to looking after able-bodied and disabled children.

The Barclays Women of the Year Award was given to six medical professionals who have treated wounded military personnel and civilians.

They were consultant nurse Debby Edwards, trauma sister Victoria Mulleady, Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist Kate Sherman, Sergeant Lauren Odell, Commander Sarah Stapley and clinical specialist occupational therapist Sarah Winters.

The team largely works out of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (QEHB) and at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre at Headley Court.

What an inspiration: Katie Piper shows just how far she has come as she wows in chocolate one-shoulder dress at TV Choice Awards

In 2008 her world was shattered and she was left with severe facial disfigurement following a violent acid attack arranged by her ex-boyfriend.

But Katie Piper demonstrated just how far she has come over the past three years as she stepped out at the TV Choice Awards last night.

The 27-year-old, who now runs her own charity to help people living with disfigurement, looked stunning as she arrived at the Savoy hotel amongst a whole host of TV personalities.

Katie had donned a one shoulder chocolate brown satin dress with shimmering heels for the occasion.

And it seems that after numerous operations and procedures Katie has made remarkable progress since she first appeared on TV in Katie: My Beautiful Face, a documentary about the acid attack and the way it had affected her life.

Katie, who was 24 and working as a model, suffered third-degree burns, losing her eyelids, half her left ear and most of her nose.

Her eyes, mouth, tongue, oesophagus, arms, hands, neck and cleavage were also badly burned and the injuries were the worst her medical team had ever seen.

Her progress and the efforts of her medical team and support network are clear to see and Katie looked happier than ever last night.

And given the success of The Katie Piper Foundation she has plenty of reason to look so proud.

Last week at the Prima Awards Katie told MailOnline ‘I'm so happy with how the foundation is going and last week was so great with Simon coming, and we raised so much money.’

She also spoke about upcoming plans and said: ‘I've just signed a two year deal with Channel Four and I'm looking at launching my own beauty range now for camouflage make-up.’

But Katie doesn’t take full credit for her achievements and was extremely humble about her work.

She said: ‘It's not just me, I have such a great team around me, and we have so many great members of staff and amazing volunteers who give up their time to support the foundation. I’m so lucky to have such a great network of family and friends.’

While launching the charity Katie also filmed a documentary Katie: My Beautiful Friends and she says she keeps in regular contact with the ambassadors featured on the show.

She said: ‘We are great friends we are all really busy but keep in touch on Twitter and through texts and I get to see them every few months.’

Michelle Heaton and Angellica Bell both dazzled in white as they showed off their baby bumps at the Comfort Prima Awards tonight.

The pregnant pair opted for different style dresses but both looked glowing as they posed on the red carpet.

Michelle, 31, who is expecting her first child with husband Hugh Hanley, told the MailOnline that she loves being pregnant.

She said: 'I'm so excited. I'm five months pregnant and love it. I haven't felt bad or really suffered during my pregnancy.'

She added: 'I just hope my baby is healthy so I don't mind what it is. I would like one of each but we will see how this goes.'

She showed off her pregnancy curves in a clingy and short asymmetric dress and was extremely body confident despite her changing shape.

The Liberty X singer, who announced her pregnancy in June, said: 'I don't mind that my body has changed because a baby is growing inside me and that is amazing!'

Meanwhile TV presenter Angellica opted for a demure long-sleeved lace dress to display her bump.

The 35-year-old kept comfortable by taking her shoes off for the event.

And she revealed that her baby was conceived with husband Michael Underwood when she returned from filming her show 71 Degrees North, which starts on Tuesday.

She told MailOnline: 'I hadn't spoken to Michael for a month and when I got back I couldn't wait to get my hands on him.'

She added: 'I'm six months pregnant. I'm really excited, it's so amazing to be pregnant at all.'

Unlike Michelle, Angellica has experienced some difficulty in her pregnancy. She said: 'It was really tough the first couple of weeks - the nausea kicked in. But now it's fine. I love it.'

And despite a battle of the bumps on the red carpet Michelle and Angellica are in fact firm friends, who have been turning to each other for advice. Angellica said: 'I'm talking to Michelle Heaton a lot about it.'

They were joined on the red carpet by a host of other female celebrites including Eastenders actress Michelle Collins, former Loose Woman Andrea McLean, Big Brother winner Josie Gibson, and TOWIE stars Lauren Goodger and Lydia Bright.

Lauren, 24, spoke to MailOnline about her recent split from fiancé Mark Wright.

The reality star said: 'I am enjoying being single. We have so much going on and I'm loving going out with my girls.'

And she hinted that the third series of her hit ITV2 show will be reflecting this ethos.

She said: 'The first season was me crying, the second series was Lydia crying. The third series is all about the girls.'

Josie Gibson said she was surprised at the reaction to her recent weight loss, telling MailOnline: 'I don't even feel like I have lost weight. I am still a size sixteen.

'I'm not on a diet but it does make me think I must have looked like an absolute heffer.'
She tucked into the food and wine on offer at the awards ceremony and said she is 'really happy now', despite describing her ex-boyfriend and fellow Big Brother housemate John-James Parton as 'a little p****.'
The Bristol-born reality star, 26, also confessed that ultimately she hopes to open a bar in her hometown.

And former model and TV presenter Katie Piper, told MailOnline of her joy following last week's fundraiser for her charity, The Katie Piper Foundation, especially after the event was attended by the likes of Simon Cowell.
She said: 'I'm so happy with how the foundation is going and last week was so great with Simon coming, and we raised so much money.'
