The Price Tag singer arrived at the Q Awards in London today in a funky black body stocking that had mesh and hole detail.

Now out of her cast after breaking her foot, Jessie, 23, teamed the body stocking with black patent Doc Marten books and a black leather jacket that was decorated with silver metal trim

And her long black hair, that last week had been dip-dyed red, had been tightly curled in a sexy wavy bob and she dazzled in vintage Chanel, Edouard Rambaud and Roberto Cavalli jewellery.

Jessie has been spotted in many body suits since she shot to fame a year ago and having a figure that can pull off the clingy outfits so we suspect we'll be seeing her in a lot more of them.

Jessie was nominated for three awards and walked away with the Best Video gong for her debut song Do It Like A Dude.

She said: 'It's crazy for me to be accepted in the last 12 months, especially by Q.'

She missed out on the Best Female gong to Adele and the Best Breakthrough Act which went to Ed Sheeran.

But gracious in defeat, she took to her Twitter page to congratulate the young singer-songwriter and gushed: 'YES @edsheeran he just WON Best Breakthrough Act at Q Awards!!!! So PROUD!!!! Yes yes yes!!!!'

And she was given a run for her money by a music legend, who, at 54, is 31 years older than Miss J, but Siouxsie Sioux looked just as good in her black and white bodysuit as she arrived at the bash.

That's one way to keep out of the mud! Jessie J keeps her broken foot dry as she performs on a gilded throne at Glastonbury

For most people - performers included - wellies are the requisite footwear for everyone venturing out into the quagmire that is Worthy Farm this weekend for Glastonbury Festival.

But Jessie J, 23, found a regally stylish solution to avoid getting her feet grubby by performing on a throne for her performance on the bash's Other Stage today.

The black and white catsuit-clad star took to the stage against doctor's orders after breaking her foot earlier this month.

The Do It Like A Dude singer tottered onto the stage on crutches with her left leg in a heavy-duty cast before she sat on her ostentatious red and gold chair, which first got an outing at the Summertime Ball in London a fortnight ago.

Then in a rather funny scene, an assistant arrived to put a black high heeled PVC boot on her good leg in a bid to keep up festival chic appearances.

She told the crowd she'd been warned not to play but had gone against advice from medical experts, saying: I had this mutual thing, my fans - I don't let them down.'

She added: 'I'm sitting down with you all dancing around - there's a little bit of me that thinks this is all boring.'

Jessie had been left in agony earlier this month when she injured her foot falling from an onstage platform while rehearsing for her appearance at Capital Radio's Summertime Ball at London's Wembley Stadium.

Initially, it was thought she'd torn major ligaments in her foot and ended up with her foot strapped up following a trip to hospital.

However, the determined star soldiered on and took to the stage the next day as planned.

There was little chance therefore that she was going to miss her chance to perform before thousands at Glastonbury two weeks later when her foot had had a chance to heal a bit.

But earlier this week, the star revealed that she had been misdiagnosed.

Posting on her offical Twitter account on Wednesday however, Jessie confessed that she had been in so much agony, she'd gone back to have more tests which had revealed her foot was actually broken.

She wrote: 'Turns out Ive been hobbling around with a broken foot :| So will be in a hench grey darfaydar (Darth Vader) looking boot and on crutches for 6 weeks (cool lol).'

Jessie has also revealed that her next single will be Who's Laughing Now, the fourth track to be taken from her debut album Who We Are, and it will be released in August.

Also performing at the festival today were The Kills, the band of Kate Moss's fiancé Jamie Hince.

Rock chick Kate was naturally watching from the side of the stage as her intended rocked out with bandmate Alison Mosshart.

Bono, frontman of last night's headliners U2, had stayed on site to enjoy the muddy delights of the festival for himself with wife Ali Hewson.

They were seen braving the sticky conditions backstage, where the likes of Coleen and Wayne Rooney have been swanning around with other VIPS.

Other acts set to play today included a surprise set from reformed Britpoppers Pulp, Tinie Tempah, Hard Fi, Elbow and headliners Coldplay.

Meanwhile, after the downpour last night during U2's set, festival goers are bracing themselves for more rain tonight.

However, tomorrow - the last day of the three day bash - is set to be sunny all day with highs of 26c.

She's no stranger to rocking out on stage in a variety of skimpy outfits.

But in honour of her performance at Glastonbury last night, TiK ToK singer Ke$ha took to the stage wearing a ripped American flag T-shirt over a sparkly gold leotard.
The 24-year-old singer also donned a pair of light-up sunglasses and holey tights as she performed some of her hit tracks for the crowd.

It was the second day of performances at the festival for Ke$ha, who had taken to the stage in the East Dance tent the day before for a surprise set for fans as well.

After her performance, Ke$ha tweeted: 'My throat was bleeding.there's nothing more worth my blood than my fans. Ill scream till I bleed all summer long for u guys.'

She later added: 'Tomorrow!!Dance tent!! again!! I've been f***ing waiting my whole life for the chance to play glastonbury!!'

Talking about her Glastonbury performance ahead of playing at the Somerset festival, Ke$ha revealed she was planning to cover her fans in glitter.

She said: 'I'm really excited. I have a lot planned. I've always believed playing Glastonbury is the epitome of success - it's something I'm taking very seriously.

'I don't leave home without my glitter cannons. I have lots of different ways I'm going to shoot glitter at people - I'm going to reach everybody. It's going to be a pretty massive field from what I've heard.

'I'm also bringing my cross-dressing dancers and my glitter backpacks. I'm going to play guitar, drums and synths - all of the things I take on tour are coming with me to Glastonbury.'

Ke$ha shot to success in 2009 when she appeared on Flo Rida's number one single Right Round. She later became successful in her own right with her debut single TiK ToK and debut album Animal.

Now Ke$ha has revealed she is hoping to recreate her previous success with a second album and has taken her experience over the past year as inspiration for the record.

She said: 'I’ve been writing as I’ve been touring and travelling the world and having all these crazy experiences! I’ve been writing a lot! I haven’t gone into the studio but all I know is that the next record is definitely going to have an extremely visceral attitude to do it.'

Ke$ha wasn't the only star to receive huge cheers from the crowd with her Glastonbury performance.

The relentless drizzle suited Morrissey's loyal legion of fans, with some weeping with joy as the former Smiths frontman delivered a moody set on the Pyramid Stage.

Midway through his set, Morrissey joked to the crowd: 'I will sing as fast as I can. I know you are ready for U2. I know that, you know that.'

And when U2 took to the stage, violence broke out among the crowd as a protest against the Irish band's tax status was foiled by security guards.

As Bono and his bandmates took to the Pyramid Stage, activists from direct action group Art Uncut inflated a 20ft balloon emblazoned with the message 'U Pay Your Tax 2'.

But as the campaigners tried to release it over the 50,000-strong crowd, a team of 10 burly security guards wrestled them to the ground before deflating the balloon and taking it away.

Several protesters were pinned against a fence near the Pyramid Stage after attempting to hold on to the balloon. There were no arrests.

One of the campaign group members said: 'That was totally over the top. He threatened to hit me.'

Another said: 'Political activism used to belong at Glastonbury. This was all going to be completely peaceful.'
A handful of U2 fans looked on open-mouthed and booed as the security guards swooped.

Earlier in the day, campaign member Anna Walker had said: 'Everyone there will see it. If the BBC do not broadcast it, there is little doubt that it will have been an editorial decision.'

Placards were also due to be held up declaring 'Bono tax dodger' and 'Bono pay up'.

Fellow campaigner Charlie Dewar said: 'U2's multimillion-euro tax dodge is depriving the Irish people at a time when they desperately need income to offset the Irish Government's savage austerity programme.

'Tax nestling in the band's bank account should be helping to keep open the hospitals, schools and libraries that are closing all over Ireland.

'Bono is well-known for his anti-poverty campaigning but Art Uncut is accusing him of hypocrisy.'

Primal Scream also featured on the bill as the crowds brave forecasts of torrential rain.

Mud-caked revellers got a reprieve from the downpours as the Moroccan act Master Musicians of Jouhouka and rapper Chipmunk got proceedings under way this afternoon.

But the showers came back with a vengeance before the likes of rappers Wu-Tang Clan came on stage.

Almost every inch of Worthy Farm in Pilton is sodden after heavy downpours in recent days.

Claire Austin, a forecaster with MeteoGroup, the weather division of the Press Association, said the wet weather could dramatically improve over the weekend.

Saturday and Sunday should be largely dry, with temperatures possibly topping 25C on the last day.

This year's event also sees Coldplay and Beyonce headlining.
