Well that's one way to be remembered! Amelia flashes her knickers while Sophie's chest is on show at X Factor wrap party

It may have been Little Mix who walked away with The X Factor crown, but that's not stopping the other contestants fighting to prolong their 15 minutes of fame.

The undignified bunch turned up to celebrate the end of the series at the season wrap party in London on Tuesday night.

And it was Amelia Lily and Sophie Habibis who left a lasting impression as they flashed their flesh and underwear for all to see.

'Comeback Kid' Amelia forgot to match her knickers to her hair when she accidentally revealed a bit too much at the bash.

Walking along with a huge grin on her face, Amelia appeared to be oblivious as she hooked her beige dress up to reveal her under garments.

The 17-year-old, who was also dressed in a black leather jacket, had decided to bare her legs despite the wintry weather.

And she may live to regret her choice as she grasped her blue clutch bag, as well as the hem of her skirt.

But she wasn't the only contestant who made an impact for the wrong reasons at the party.

Sophie Habibis, who was one of the first to be voted off the competition, stood out in an interesting coral mini dress with frayed floorlength hem.

But even the bright colour couldn't prevent all eyes heading to her chest.

The 19-year-old pushed her cleavage in to the strapless frock but her curves spilled out, revealing her black bra.

The singers were all celebrating the end of the show, which saw Gary Barlow's act Marcus Collins walk away with the runner's up prize.

Unlike the girls, the 23-year-old Scouser managed to stay looking dapper as he arrived at the bash, wearing his trademark large smile with black trousers and top.

And 23-year-old X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos also couldn't keep herself away from the party as she celebrated her big win on her first season of the show.

Dragging her boyfriend and N-Dubz bandmate Fazer along for the festivities, the singer looked stunning in a tight gold asymmetrical mini dress from online fashion brand Forever Unique.

And while she clutched on to her beau, there was no sign of their bandmate Dappy, who had slated the show just hours after his cousin triumphed on the programme.

The rapper, who took to the stage at the Academy 2 in Manchester and told the audience at his gig on Sunday night 'This is what fame is, not standing for hours outside to audition for X Factor', before launching into his new single Rockstar, which features Queen guitarist Brian May.

Dappy continued his tirade against X Factor boss Simon Cowell saying 'F*** Simon Cowell'.

And it appears his comments have left him out in the cold as Tulisa failed to invite him to the party.

How girls outshone the X Factor boys: Females topped vote each week but millions switch off

This year’s X Factor series proved to be a case of Girl Power reigning supreme.

The programme has released the voting percentages for the entire series, which show that female contestants were consistently more popular than the boys.

Irish teenager Janet Devlin received the most votes in the early weeks with eventual winners Little Mix not surging through until the latter stages of the competition.

In 2010, winner Matt Cardle topped the voting throughout the entire series.
But this year, three acts took turns to grab the public’s affections and lead the field.

Miss Devlin, 17, was the bookmakers’ early favourite to win the competition, topping the poll in the first four weeks.

This included securing nearly a quarter of the total votes cast in the first week of voting.

She came second in week six behind the reinstated Amelia Lily, 17, who replaced Frankie Cocozza, 18, after he was axed for boasting of drug-taking.

But after a string of poor performances, including twice forgetting her words, Miss Devlin slipped back and her position was taken by Little Mix.

Miss Lily’s popularity was also confirmed in the figures, topping the poll twice and being runner-up once, as well as taking third place in the final. the overall runner-up Marcus Collins, 23, never topped the public vote.

His best performance came in week five, when he gained second place.

Misha Bryan, 19, widely thought to have the strongest voice on the show, and who finished fourth, had the most varied set of results.

In week three she came third, but a week later she was bottom of the poll.

In week seven she finished second, only to once again end up last in week eight.

The figures that really matter, however, are the ratings.

The final, which aired live from Wembley Arena in North London on Sunday evening, was down more than four million viewers on the previous year.

Marcus Collins

Outshone: Marcus Collins (left), 23 never topped the public vote while Franie Cocozza (right), 17, was booted from the show for boasting about drug taking

It had an average audience of 13.1million, according to overnight TV ratings figures. That compared unfavourably to the 17.2million who watched Matt Cardle triumph in the 2010 competition.

Indeed, it was the lowest average audience for the final of the series since 2007, when Leon Jackson won the show.

ITV could at least draw comfort from the series still being the third most successful in The X Factor’s history.

The final helped to boost the series average up to 11million viewers across the 17-week run. It was also the second most watched show on British TV this year, behind only the Royal Wedding in April.

ITV also pointed out that BBC1 rival Strictly Come Dancing had averaged 9.7million viewers this series.

However, Strictly’s finale does not take place until this weekend, which is likely to boost its overall viewing figures substantially.

The champagne would have been flowing freely as they embarked on their first night as popstars at The X Factor aftershow held at the five star Corinthia Hotel in central London.

But with chart success comes hard work - and Little Mix were no doubt nursing hangovers as they woke up at the crack of dawn today for their first post-show interview.

By 7am, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirlwall had already tweeted that they were at the Daybreak studio ready for their chat with Kate Garraway.

They wrote: '@daybreak getting made up for the show. It's too early! Thanks so much for all your support #littlemixers we love you.'

During their conversation with Garraway, Essex girl Nelson said their victory had not yet sunk in, revealing: 'I don't think it is ever going to sink in. Every week, we prepared ourselves to go out.'

Pinnock, 19, added: 'When he (Dermot O'Leary) said Little Mix, it was "My gosh, this is just insane!"'

Last night, the quartet made history as the first girlband ever to triumph on Simon Cowell's series.

The Syco boss was busy tweeting his support for the girls, despite not starring on the panel this year, saying: 'Congratulations to @LIttleMixOffic. And Paula as you can see, groups can win this show!

He added: 'I was really hoping a group would win this year. @OfficialTulisa has done a great job. These girls could be stars.'

Following their stint on Daybreak, the girls also visited the famous sofa of This Morning and Lorraine.

Jade told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that they had spent time with their loved ones after winning the competition, before heading to bed in preparation of their busy day.

She said: 'We got a nice little cuddle from our mums, spoke to Tulisa and then went to bed.'

Leigh-Anne added: 'From the beginning, I never really saw myself in a girlband. I didn't want to be in one. Then they put me in one and I could not be on my own now.'

The redhead also revealed they had received flowers from a certain lady called Geri Halliwell and credited Tulisa as 'the most amazing person' who they 'wouldn't have got this far' without.

While Perrie and Leigh-Anne remained in their stage costumes last night, baby of the group Jade, 18, slipped into jeans, a red puffer jacket and Ugg boots after initially performing in a festive dress.

Jesy, 20, also switched outfits, changing out of her gold leggings in favour of leopard print.

Mentor Tulisa Contostavlos continued to show her support for her 'Little Muffins', attending the party.
She too changed out of her awkward attire that proved difficult to walk in and squeeze into her judging seat, by opting for a simple navy frock with black Mary Janes.
The N-Dubz beauty also had her say on Twitter, writing: 'I know its cheese but I swear down,2nit (sic) has shown me, if u really believe in sumin n want it bad enough it can happen,u just need 2 believe.

Obviously there weren't enough canapes at the party, as she later said: 'what do ya do after ur act wins the xfactor?...go 2 ur local kebab shop of course, wooooiiiiii....LOVE U #LITTLEMIX keep it real.'
Little Mix's debut single Cannonball is expected to be the Christmas No1, although excitement is already brewing that the girls may record a duet with Tulisa.

The 23-year-old revealed on The Xtra Factor: 'There’s been talks but I’m not one hundred per cent. I would love to do this and when I release my album we might re-record that as a single and put it on.'

During the final, each judge joined their remaining act for a duet, with Tulisa and the band singing a mash-up of Alicia Keys songs If I Ain't Got You and Empire State Of Mind.

This morning Jesy's mother said that her daughter's band winning 'felt like a dream.'

The police community support officer from Canvey Island, Essex, said: "I woke up this morning and had to ask myself, "am I dreaming or did Little Mix really win The X Factor last night?".

'The best part of it all isn't the winning, it's the positive comments that the girls have had from their fans.

'They are four ordinary girls but they have had so many letters from teenage girls and boys telling them how inspiring they have been.'

She added: 'I think one of the things Jesy's most excited about is meeting Simon Cowell. Apparently, he really likes Little Mix and she's desperate to meet him.'

Runner-up Marcus Collins put on a brave face as he attended the swish venue, with Craig Colton offering some consolation squeezes.

The Liverpudlian hairdresser, 23, still has high hopes for his career, despite not winning, tweeting: 'Thank you so much to all those who supported me. I'm sure I'll be seeing you all very soon!!xxxx'

In keeping with her pink theme, teenager Amelia Lily clutched a bright neon bag despite losing the candyfloss tint and going back to her peroxide locks.

The 17-year-old reached the final and performed with Kelly Rowland on Saturday night, but was eliminated from the competition leaving just Marcus and Little Mix to sing last night.

However, the Destiny's Child star didn't materialise last night at the party.

She was criticised on Saturday for abandoning Lily at a crucial time and rushing out of the X Factor studio to support her favourite contestant Misha B during her first live show at G-A-Y.

The Xtra hosts Olly Murs and Caroline Flack joined in the festivities, with 32-year-old Flack deflecting attention from her romance with One Direction star Harry Styles, 17, by attending with a male friend.

The cha cha trumps the la la: X Factor final likely to lose viewers to tonight's Strictly semi as the shows go head-to-head

Tonight's X factor final is likely to lose viewers to Strictly Come Dancing's semi final - if last night's figures are anything to go by.

The dancing BBC show attracted an audience of 12.3 million who watched Waterloo Road actress Chelsee Healey and Aussie star Jason Donovan shake their bones to Latin beats to receive the first full 40 points awarded this season.

Over on ITV, X Factor was only able to attract 11.8 million, or 12.1 million including those who watched the episode an hour later on ITV1+1.

Viwers watched see Amelia Lily lose out to girl band Little Mix and Liverpudlian Marcus Collins who will compete in tonight's grand finale.

An average of 10.6 million people tuned in for the singing contest (10.9 million including ITV1+1) this year - as opposed to the 11 million who watched Strictly.

Strictly hit a peak 47.5 per cent share of the audience at 7.50pm while X Factor reached 45% at 8.30pm, according to official ratings.

Voted off: Amelia Lily's duet with former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland wasn't enough to attract the viewers.

A BBC spokesman said: 'We are delighted that so many millions of viewers tuned in to watch our couples dance for a place in next week's grand final, making us once again the most watched show of the evening.'

The battle for audiences will reach its climax tonight as Little Mix and Marcus Collins go head-to-head to become this year's X Factor winner and the finalists for next week's Strictly Come Dancing final in Blackpool will be announced.

The other Strictly contestants are McFly drummer Harry Judd, The One Show presenter Alex Jones and Australian beauty Holly Valance. Five will be whittled down to three tonight.

Kelly Rowland rushes across town to support her favourite act Misha B moments after Amelia Lily is voted off X Factor

You're over it then? Kelly Rowland rushes across town to support her favourite act Misha B moments after Amelia Lily is voted off X Factor

Amelia Lily probably expected her X Factor mentor Kelly Rowland to stick around for a little bit after last night's show to comfort her.

But instead of wiping away the tears of her eliminated act, the former Destiny's Child singer hot-footed it across town to support her favourite contestant Misha B.

Kelly, 30, left Wembley Stadium in northwest London to the G-A-Y club in the city where the budding singer performed.

She even introduced Misha on stage, much to the delight of the waiting crowd.

Kelly, 30, dressed casually in a grey T-shirt and beige trousers but added a touch of glamour with massive blue heels.

Misha showed off her impressive set of lungs while donning a black velvet leotard with gold chains attached and a black cape.

The 19-year-old tweeted her excitement after the performance.

Earlier she said: 'Getting Ready For G-A-Y Tonight :D OVERLY EXCITED!!! NERVES INTO ENERGY NERVES INTO ENERGY NERVES :O'

Misha has already had a week to recover from her elimination.

Amelia was voted out last night after performed a stunning duet, alongside Kelly, of Tina Turner's River Deep, Mountain High.

But she had suffered through her first song, a rendition of Christina Aguilera's Ain't No Other Man, appearing breathless at times and unable to hit the high notes with what sounded like a sore throat.

Asked how she felt about leaving, Amelia said: 'Can I just say thank you to everyone who voted me back in to the competition. My ambition was to get to the final and I did it. And this isn't the last of Amelia Lily.

'Tonight was the best night of my life and the best moment was performing with Kelly Rowland herself.'

Earlier she had said: 'To win The X Factor would be my chance to pay my mum and dad back for everything they have done and given to me.'

And Kelly said: 'She's only 17 and look how incredibly bright her future is. she's an absolute star.'
