She's worked with some of the biggest names in Hollywood and she isn't even old enough to drive yet.

So it's no wonder 14-year-old Chloë Moretz is wise beyond her years.

The actress, who shot to fame as a foul-mouthed crime-fighter in controversial superhero film kick Ass, admits that to survive in the industry, she has to adopt two personalities.

The Hugo star told Asos Magazine: 'There’s “friend Chloë” and “actress Chloë”.

'When I’m talking about my work, I’m more conscious and listen to what I say. I guess I have to be.

'I’m in a business you can’t be a little kid in, or you don’t make it far.'

But Chloë is also proving she isn't just business savvy.
With a string of red carpet hits and designers like Marc Jacobs falling over themselves to dress her - she's obviously style savvy too.
The teenager, who posed for a fairground-themed shoot for the retail website's magazine, has worn high-end labels that are the envy of most women double her age, including Christopher Kane and Proenza Schouler.

But the actress insists she likes to hit the High Street when it comes to every day wear and favours Topshop and American Apparel: ‘My mom won’t let me buy high-fashion stuff unless it’s TK Maxx or a birthday occasion.

'Then she’ll get me a little thing.’

But although she lives in Converse trainers, Chloë admits she has a weakness for Rupert Sanderson shoes: 'I have so many shoes by that label.

'They’re not ridiculously comfortable to wear but they are the most beautiful.'

Chloë has been busy with 17 red carpet appearances this year, including promoting Hugo, directed by Tim Burton and Martin Scorsese.

her precious roles include cult vampire film Let The Right One and 500 Days Summer.

Her latest project sees her in the prestigious company of Helena Bonham Carter, Michelle Pfeiffer and reunited with Hugo co-star Johnny Depp under the direction of Tim Burton in his adaptation of cult ‘60s TV show, Dark Shadows.

Despite the who's who repertoire, she appears to still have her feet on the ground, saying: ‘Oh my gosh, I can’t even begin to tell you how exciting it is to go on set each day.

'I have to pinch myself. How did this happen? How do you end up in a movie with these people?’

It surely won't be long before aspiring actresses same the same about her.

They are the first girl band to make it through to the X Factor semi-finals, so it's no wonder Little Mix might be slightly concerned about their standing after the show.

So in preparation for this weekend's live shows, the girls have been doing some self-promotion, with Jade Thirlwall leading the way this evening in a nifty pair of personalised tights.

The legwear featured the letters of the band name Little Mix scattered randomly over the sheer black net.

Jade teamed the tights with a pair of black shorts and a black and white top.

She was joined by her fellow Little Mix bandmates, Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, as they posed for photographers at the Royal Film Performance of Hugo, a film directed by Martin Scorsese.

Having clearly embraced the cardinal rule of girl group dressing, the quartet co-ordinated beautifully in their monochrome numbers.

While Perrie opted for a pair of tight black leggings, white shirt and black leather jackets, Leigh-Anne went for a cute black and white dress with black boots and white socks.

And Jesy looked stunning in a pair of shimmery black trousers, white vest top and black blazer as the girls joined famous faces including the film's stars Sir Ben Kingsley and Chloe Moretz.

Kick-Ass star Chloe looked stunning in an all-black outfit as she posed up at the star-studded premiere with her 14-year-old English co-star Asa Butterfield.

The early 20th century period festive epic sees her play a young girl Isabel, a friend of the titular main character Hugo, played by Butterfield.

The youngster is an an orphan living a secret life in the walls of a Paris train station in the early 1930s, and he must repair a damaged automaton toy to discover a message from his dead father, who is played by Jude Law.

Much of the action takes place in the station, and Chloe said she could not believe the scale of the set that was made to bring it to life for the $170m budgeted flick.

She said: 'It was a full-scale train station. It was built in two studios placed side by side, which made it gigantic.

'And they built, to scale, an actual train station. It truly was one of the most magnificent things I’d ever seen. I walked in and saw it for the first time and thought, “It’s really happening.” It was beautiful.'

The screening of the film was also attended by director Scorcese, as well as Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall.

The premiere, at the Odeon in Leicester Square, is the principal fundraising event of the Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund, the trade charity for the UK film and television industries.

Former Countdown presenter Carol Vorderman was also present at the premiere, looking stylish in a black swing-style coat.

She shot to fame playing rebellious child superhero Hit Girl in cult comic book film Kick-Ass.

But Chloe Moretz has grown up a lot in the two years since the movie was released, as she showed at tonight's premiere of new Martin Scorsese flick Hugo.

The 14-year-old looked every inch the classy young lady as she posed in a flowing champagne coloured dress in New York.

And it seems that one person shared a similar inspiration to Chloe.

Emily Mortimer, who has a supporting role in the film, also attended in a similar coloured dress.

Mortimer attended with her husband Alessandro Nivola, and they were certainly the most glamorous couple of the evening.

Chloe is one of the rising stars of Hollywood, and her performance in Scorsese's highly rated new movie is already being praised by critics.

Her co-star Asa, who hails from London, also attended the premiere, and looked more than a little like fellow childrens' literary and movie favourite Harry Potter.

Seasoned actor Ben Kingsley, who plays a toy maker who befriends Hugo, and turns out to be legendary film pioneer father Georges Melies, also attended, wearing a fetching black suit with open-necked shirt.
Also following this more laid-back stylistic mode was Ali G comic Sacha Baron Cohen, who plays a bumbling station inspector in the flick.
But maestro himself obviously prefers a more traditional style, with Scorsese wearing a smart black suit and blue tie, while his wife Helen Morris also wore a snazzy champagne trouser suit.
Martin said his own relationship with his father and the cinema inspired him to make the movie.
He said: 'My father often took me to the movies when I was a child.
‘The movie theatre was a special place for us. It was a time for us to be alone and to share powerful emotional experiences together.’
The Taxi Driver director's old Departed chum Vera Farmiga was obviously keen on seeing the family friendly flick, as she also attended despite the fact she had no part in the movie.

Marvellous Miranda: Miss Kerr unzips in sexy blue optical illusion outfit at NYC soiree

Given that Miranda Kerr recently strolled down the runway in just her underwear, it was quite a change to see her all trussed up.

However, while she may have been wearing more than she did at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show last week, she looked just as stunning clad in a sexily-unzipped Peter Pilotto dress last night in New York City.

The 28-year-old Australian model left husband Orlando Bloom and baby son Flynn at home to attend a night in Spanish director Pedro Almodovar's honour at the Museum of Modern Art.

She showed off her slim figure in a optical illusion dress of zigzags and zippers and intricate Nicholas Kirkwood lace-up heels.

Although her ensemble serves to draw eyes away from 'problem areas', Miranda is as close to perfect as one gets.
She gave birth to baby Flynn in January, and bounced back to her fabulous pre-pregnancy figure just weeks after the delivery.

She credits her son for helping to keep her slim.

Miranda told the New York Post: 'It's milking time. I'm still breast feeding. I'm pumping, and it's going well.'

Breast feeding is said to burn around 500 calories per day which can equate to an hour running on the treadmill.

Miranda was not the only slender beauty to pay her respects to Almodovar, the director of Bad Education, Talk to Her and Volver.

The fashion crowd was on hand for some serious celebrating, as were a slew of Hollywood's young ingenues.

Drew Barrymore and boyfriend Will Kopelman cosied up to one another wearing complementary black blazers.

Gossip Girl star Blake Lively, sporting a glow that can only come from new love, wore a daring, arty feathered confection.

The 24-year-old is reportedly not only dating but house-hunting with boyfriend Ryan Reynolds; the two co-starred in The Green Lantern together last year.
