As the first, and only, lady of N-Dubz Tulisa Contostavlos has quite a job - dealing with cousin Dappy and alleged lover Fazer on a daily basis can't be easy.
But she carries it off with ease, rarely letting the stress get to her and not allowing it to affect her outward appearance.
So it's hardly surprising that the singer rocked the O2 with her bandmates last night and maintained the glamorous, girl-next-door image she has moulded in the years since N-Dubz first hit the pop scene.
Keeping the whole look together was a rather brave pair of spandex leggings that the singer wore throughout the energetic, crowd pleasing show which is the latest on their LOVE.LIVE.LIFE Tour.
The 22-year-old teamed up her figure-hugging bottoms with a chic, cropped Adidas biker jacket with the sportswear company's logo on each shoulder.
During the show, Tulisa was the main attraction and not only because of her looks.
In recent times she risen to prominence within the group taking over from the two boys, her cousin Dappy, 23, and Fazer, 24.
Rather than just singing the chorus, Tulisa's presence on N-Dubz single has become a lot more dominant, while their sound has become less gritty/pop and more soulful.
It's thought this could be part of their attempts to break into the American market, having been signed to Island Def Jam in the States.
Which goes some way to explaining their glossy new music video.
The promo is co-produced by Salaam Remi and is from their third studio album Love Live Life, which was released last year.
While the raunchy video may not be to everyone's taste, it certainly echoes the style favoured by many rap artists in their videos.
