Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan found a quick way to cheer herself up after losing a bet on the Grand National - chowing down on a 99 ice cream.
The actress, 23, had just lost money on the horse-racing at Aintree when her local ice cream vendor pulled up outside her Manchester home.
Dashing outside to buy a Mr Whippy covered in sprinkles, the raven-haired beauty posed for a photo, which she promptly uploaded on her Twitter page.

During her brief sojourn to the van, Keegan was channelling a Fifties-style in an off-the-shoulder red top and a floppy hairband.
Just a short time earlier, Keegan was left disappointed when her bets for Oscar Time and Don't Push It to win came in second and third.
She Tweeted: 'horses that I put £ on TO WIN came 2nd and 3rd!!! Oh well! Thanks guys for all your suggestions. Even though most of you were wrong - I still love ya!'

Keegan made a flying visit to London on Wednesday to watch the group's gig after already attending two other concerts previously.
She's also hoping to attend her fourth Wanted gig in Glasgow next Wednesday.
During an appearance on the Lorraine morning show earlier this week, Keegan declared she was the band's biggest groupie.
She enthused: 'I've been seeing him a few times on tour - they're doing a UK tour at the minute. I saw them last night - I'm such a groupie.'

She said: 'They take me on board, they're really nice. Obviously I was a bit worried about that at first, but honestly, everyone's really nice.'
Their burgeoning five month romance is going so well, Keegan brought her mother Jacqueline to a Manchester gig a week ago and is bringing her dad Michael to the Glasgow date on Wednesday.
George, 22, admitted recently he gets on well with both of her parents, as does Keegan with his family.
He said: 'Michelle's parents are really good people. They're top, in fact, which is a bonus. And what's better is that Michelle's told me that they like me, too.
'That's always a good start to a relationship.'
Keegan and George have been dating since December after meeting backstage at the Key 103 Jingle Ball in Manchester, where The Wanted were performing.
