Harry Judd may have been crowned champion but all eyes were Tess Daly.

The Strictly Come Dancing host stole the show tonight with two amazing outfits.

She began the evening in an elegant ball gown that paid homage to female ballroom dancers of old.

The 42-year-old wore a fish tail dress that had a silver sequined body with a bottom half made of pink coloured netting.

The mother-of-two looked glamourous in the number but was ready to wow the viewers with her second ensemble of the night.

Tess changed into an on-trend mullet-shaped gown for the second half of the show.

The black and nude coloured lace dress left the audience gobsmacked at how amazing she looked.

The front of the dress was a mini skirt but the presenter was covered from behind by a long, intricate lace and tulle train.

She accessorised the outfit with a thin shiny belt that is reported to have been covered in Swarovski crystals.

Fashion designer Suzanne Neville was the creative brain behind the lace dress and worked closely with Tess to design the dress.

The belt alone took three days to create and the dress took more than two weeks to finish.

Four hand finishers tirelessly embroidered the delicate lace to the bodice, train and hem of the gown.

Suzanne Neville said before the dress was unveiled: 'Its such a privilege to be dressing Tess Daly for the Strictly Come Dancing Grand Final this weekend, she looks sensational in the gown we have created'

It is a coup for Neville to have been chosen to make the dress Tess will wear to the final of the most successful series of Strictly.

Particularly when the presenter has worn so many other top designers this season.

Her most talked about outfit was Stella McCartney's spot dress.

Singing sensation Jessie J came a close second in the fashion stakes.

The 23-year-old wore a cream crystal encrusted leotard which also featured a train.

She gave a powerful performance of her hit song, Price Tag.

The young star confirmed last month that she will be appearing on BBC One's The Voice next year as a judge.

If tonight's performance is anything to go by her contestants are going to have to do a lot to impress her.
