He may have experienced a fair few injuries playing football for twenty years, but Robbie Savage has only been dancing for five weeks and already he has a broken nose.
The Strictly Come Dancing star took to his Twitter page after Saturday night's show to share the painful news.
Posting a picture if himself with a nasty red graze on his nose the sportsman wrote: 'This was commitment for you !! Lol smashed my huge nose on the camera.'
Busted: Robbie Savage has revealed he has a broken nose after smashing into the camera during his performance on Strictly Come Dancing at the weekend
Robbie took to the floor with his partner, Ola Jordan, to dance the Jive on Saturday night's show, and he proved to be a hit - literally.
Dancing to Otis Redding's Love Man, the 37-year-old put his all into the energetic performance and was chuffed when he received a standing ovation.
But it seems that Robbie's total score of 27 came at a price.
Clearly enjoying his time on the floor, he decided to add some improvisation to his routine by sliding on across the floor towards the camera - which he is now probably regretting.
'Commitment': The footballer hasn't let the painful injury stop him from enjoying the show
The blonde-haired star smashed into the camera as he did so and although it didn't seem bad to viewers at the time, the footballer confirmed his injury yesterday saying: 'Yes it's out there tweeps a busted nose from dancing ? Wow.'
However, the painful mishap hasn't put Robbie off dancing as he admitted that he is having 'a good time' on the show and cannot wait to dance again.

The show's hard-to-please judges praised the footballer for his character when on the floor but criticised the technicalities of his moves.
Referring to the mean member of the panel, Craig Revel-Horwood, Robbie tweeted: 'Technically not the best #scd but the only standing ovation of the night led by speedo !! @CraigRevHorwood I agree with you x'
