X Factor: Rhythmix to change name to avoid clashing with charity
X Factor hopefuls Rhythmix are to change their band’s name, it has been announced.
The four-strong group, mentored by Tulisa Contostavlos, have taken the unprecedented step to avoid being confused with a musical charity.
“The group's new name will be announced in due course".

The charity's chief executive Mark Davyd had enlisted a legal firm to write to the team behind the hit show asking them to change the band's name after his earlier request was ignored.
He said today: "We are obviously delighted that public pressure has forced the programme to reconsider.
"It was the easiest thing to do but no-one can understand why it's taken three weeks for them to do it.
"I'm still puzzled why I've spent three weeks dealing with it and had to hire lawyers.
"I think they should pay our legal costs and ensure the charity does not end up out of pocket on this."
The charity, which was set up in 1999 and is based in Brighton, organises musicians to work with hundreds of disabled and vulnerable children every year.
