She's not only one of the most beautiful woman in the world, as well as a talented actress.

But Charlize Theron also has a heart of gold, which she proved last night at an exhibition for her aids charity last night.

The South African beauty looked glamorous at the Annenberg Space for Photography in Hollywood in a black lacy Marchesa dress.

The 36-year-old paired the above-the-knee number with a nude slip to protect her modesty and hed a tiny clutch.

Her trademark blonde hair was styled to the side and her make-up was minimal with just a hint of copper eyeshadow.
