'Now I can focus on marriage and kids': Beyonce reveals family plans as she models new fashion collection

Sporting French knickers and lace thigh-high socks, she doesn't look like your average mother.

But Beyonce Knowles has revealed she could be ready to start a family.

The 29-year-old singer, who modeled the new collection from her own fashion line House of Dereon, explained in an interview that after dedicating her twenties to her career, she now has the time to dedicate to children.

She told In U.S Style: 'When you're young -18 or 19 - you have the energy and drive. That's the time to work as hard as you can.

'Now I'm a woman, and because I gave it my all, I can focus on my marriage. I can decide I want to have kids. I can be the mother I want to be and dedicate myself to my children.'

Between designing a fashion line with her mother and working on music, it's a wonder Beyonce, who is married to rap star Jay-Z, has the time to look after a baby.

She will be making an appearance at Selfridges department store in London next month as her range will be available in the UK for the first time.

The UK launch of House of Dereon, named after Beyonce's grandmother, coincides with Fashion Week.

Its slogan 'Couture.Soul.Kick' represents three generations of Beyonce's family.

Agnez Dereon as the 'Soul', mother Tina as 'Couture' and Beyonce as the 'Kick'.

It her second collection and includes pieces, starting from £80, that could come straight from her eclectic wardrobe - good news for Beyonce fans.

Tina Knowles said: 'Beyoncé and I are so proud of the line-up. We can't wait to see the consumer's response and how she makes it her own.'
